My NX2-AT straps, ankle and toe ladders, and ratchets gave up after 10 years of riding. You read it right, 10 years, all over the west coast in all types of weather. I was suggested by Flow (now Nidecker) support team to buy the Fusion Exokush strap as the the NX2-AT warranty was expired and they no longer have accessories for bindings that old.

Flow support team then sent me the rest of accessories (ratchets, ladders) free of charge. Installation was pretty straightforward. I've take the bindings out for a road trip in the Pacific Northwest. Overall the ExoKush holds well, and is softer than my previous straps. Good replacement.
