Accelerate Your Progression

The Fenix delivers all-day comfort and versatility at a great price. It's a mid-soft model that's friendly enough to dial tricks in the park or just cruise the resort, with rockered corners on the baseplate for a super natural board flex. The Exo-Frame Fusion strap hugs more of your boot, spreading pressure over your whole foot and delivering power straight into your edge when it's time to hit the gas. Accept no substitute.

Great binding!

These definitely get the job done. I like a tight strap/boot, so the thought of a step-in doesnt thrill me and while the Supermatics are attractive, they were just too expensive not be able to demo (I was in a bit of a time crunch, and I needed new bindings REI had these). That said, these are awesome. I find that I need to loosen both straps a bit before I open the hiback and release my foot, but that is not a problem. At the top of a run, I can slip my foot in, close the hiback, and with a couple quick adjustments on the straps, Im good to go and I can do all that standing this is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend.

Like how they ride, but parts dont last.

I like these bindings a lot for how fast they are. My wife and daughter who ski dont have to wait as long for me. The fit is pretty good if you get it right. I ride everything from groomers to powder and tree runs at Mount Bohemia, but Im a pretty intermediate rider. Ive had these for two years, last year was a bust, very little snow so very little use. This year I had ridden about 20-25 days and the lever on my back foot started falling apart. I like them, but this is kind of a bummer, seems like a typical issue.

Hard time getting in

Personally having a difficult time getting into the binding when straps are set. Boot seems to only go partially in binding and tends to get stuck in the Heelcup/Baseplate portion. Have to loosen strap to get boot completely in, then tighten back up. Size 11. 5 shoe, size XL binding. Doesn't seem as easy to get into as presented in video.

I really love them - Game changer!!!!!

I initially bought the Nexus but exchanged it with Fenix, its really worth the extra few bucks.
I really love them as I progress from beginner to intermediate. I really can feel the difference from my old one.

Its my second season this winter season and buying this upgrade wants me to go in the mountain every week end!

Switched from standard bindings

Hello,

So i've switched from the regular bindings to the fenix. . rode them for 6 days. .
Much faster, and less hastle, didn't tried them on powder so can't say that feeling, but for the resort it was great

the only reason for the 4 stars, I had some trouble finding that sweet spot when cliping in- the bridge of the hiback can't rise because of my heel. . Tried them with burton boots and nitro but with both i had the same issue- if I can get it in without hastle it's had alot of flex and movement when riding, but when i strap it like it should be i have to be on the flat and really get it in to get it to click in (when I say click in, I mean that i rise the hiback)

Got the XL size, boot size is 48. . the straps are more then enough think that it could go like 5 sizes up :D
